  • Orders are shipped after processing is complete

  • Any changes or corrections to your order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If incorrect information is not updated within this timeframe, HappyWags cannot be responsible for resulting delays or delivery issues.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customs inspections

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Other unforeseen logistics issues

Shipping Delays & Responsibility

While we always strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, please note:

HappyWags cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside of our control, including those caused by:

  • Courier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Other external shipping disruptions

If you experience any delivery issues, we kindly ask that you first contact the courier directly for the fastest assistance.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Please note: all claim outcomes are subject to the courier’s final decision, as they manage the shipping process once the parcel is dispatched.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee delivery

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages

If the parcel is returned to us due to address issues, we may offer a reshipment for a small shipping fee. Please contact support@happywags.co for assistance.


Refused Packages

If a delivery is refused:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipment

  • If the package is lost or damaged during return transit, HappyWags cannot issue a refund
